1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our ecommerce platform and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Delivery Terms & Conditions.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver products to our designated Pickup Points nearby your addresses within Belize Country. Customer may request to deliver at other delivery service provider within Belize City.
2.2 Delivery Timeframes: The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will not be liable for any such delays.
2.3 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be specified at the time of purchase. Additional charges may apply to further remote or hard-to-reach areas.
2.4 Delivery Methods: We use inhouse carriers and Pickup Point Network to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. Tracking information/notification will be provided when available.

3. Order Processing

3.1 Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address or WhatsApp Number upon successful purchase.
3.2 Changes to Orders: Changes to orders can be made within a specified timeframe after purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible.

4. Product Inspection and Acceptance

Upon receipt/pickup of your order, it is your responsibility to inspect / Test the products for any damage or defects. If any issues are found, you must contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate "Returns and Refunds Policy" for detailed information on the process, eligibility, and conditions for returns and refunds.

6. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or transportation delays.

7. Governing Law

These Delivery Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belize.
