Inventory Availability

1. Overview

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of our ecommerce platform (the "Platform") and the availability of inventory on the Platform.
1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Inventory Availability
2.1 We strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding the availability of inventory on the Platform. However, we do not guarantee the availability of any product at any given time.
2.2 Product availability may be subject to change without prior notice.
2.3 In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a refund.

3. Order Placement
3.1 Placing an order on the Platform does not guarantee the availability of the selected products.
3.2 Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices for products on the Platform are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or availability information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Orders may be canceled by the customer within a specified time frame, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
5.2 Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of the unavailability of inventory on the Platform.
6.2 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belize.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
8.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
