Returns and Refunds

1. Returns Policy:
•    Customers have the right to return products within 2 days of receiving the order.
•    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
•    JC Club Belize reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Refunds:
•    Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
•    JC Club Belize may issue a refund in the original form of payment or as store credit, at its discretion.
•    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Defective or Damaged Products:
•    If a product is defective or damaged during shipping, customers must contact JC Club Belize within 2 days of receiving the order.
•    JC Club Belize may require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.
•    A replacement or refund will be issued for eligible cases.

4. Cancellation Policy:
•    Customers can cancel an order before it has been shipped.
•    Once an order is shipped, the return policy applies.

5. Return Procedure:

•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

6. Exclusions:

•    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize.
