Shopping Rebates

1. Introduction: 

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the participation in and use of the rebate program (the "Program") offered by JC Club Belize ("Company").

2. Eligibility: 

2.1 Participation in the Program is open to all customers who meet the eligibility criteria set by the Company.

3. Rebate Offer: 

3.1 The Company may offer rebates on eligible purchases made through the Company's website or mobile application. 

3.2 Rebates are subject to change at the Company's discretion without prior notice.

4. Qualifying Purchases: 

4.1 Only purchases made in accordance with the terms specified by the Company are eligible for rebates. 

4.2 The Company reserves the right to determine qualifying purchases and the corresponding rebate amounts.

5. Rebate Redemption: 

5.1 Customers may redeem rebates in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company. 

5.2 Rebates may be issued in the form of discounts, vouchers, or other methods as determined by the Company.

6. Exclusions: 

6.1 Certain products or categories may be excluded from the rebate program at the Company's discretion. 

6.2 Rebates are not transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by the Company.

7. Termination or Modification: 

7.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Program at any time without prior notice. 

7.2 In the event of termination, participants will be notified, and any unused rebates may be forfeited.

8. Compliance with Laws: 

8.1 Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

8.2 The Company is not responsible for any tax implications resulting from participation in the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability: 

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

10. Governing Law: 

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. 

10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Belizean arbitration laws.
