Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage: 

We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 7 Days from the date of purchase, If not tested at the time of purchase or Delivery.

2. Exclusions: 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by: i. Misuse, abuse, or negligence. ii. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. iii. Acts of nature, including but not limited to, floods, fires, and earthquakes.

3. Return and Replacement: 

a. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service within above Prescribed Days of discovering the defect. 

b. You may be required to return the defective product, and, upon verification, we will replace or repair the product at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability: 

a. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. 

b. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our products.

5. Governing Law: 

These warranty terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize.

6. Dispute Resolution: 

Any disputes arising from these warranty terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the consumer Court of Belize, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in Belize court having jurisdiction.

7. Modification of Terms: 

We reserve the right to modify these warranty terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
